Industrial Parks
Okmulgee has three industrial/business parks with approximately 500 acres available and ready for industrial development. This includes the Okmulgee Business Complex, Okmulgee Regional Airport Industrial Park and the West Industrial Area. The old "Peanut Plant" (approximately 25 acres) will be released in 2024 for development.

Okmulgee Business Complex
Located inside city limits, owned by the OADC. All utilities are at the site with new infrastructure, including detention pond, industrial access road from Fairgrounds Road and completed road loop surrounding the commercial area planned for completion by December 2025. The BNSF mainline bisects the Okmulgee Business Complex with a one mile siding adjacent to the mainline. There will be a dual switch/track constructed off of the BNSF siding, planned for completion by December 2026.
OADC is offering the property for sale, lease or build to suit. This complex is in a TIF district (expires 2033) as well as Federal Opportunity Zone and Enterprise Zone and is also available for New Market Tax Credits.
Okmulgee Regional Airport Industrial Park
Over 150 acres have been released by the F.A.A. for immediate development for aviation related firms. In late summer 2019, Covington Aircraft announced that it will build their world headquarters on adjoining property. This park is being co-developed by the OADC and Covington Aircraft. This complex is in a TIF district as well as a Federal Opportunity Zone and Enterprise Zone and is available for New Market Tax Credits.
Okmulgee West Industrial Area
25 acres MOL of privately owned property located north of 20th Street (CP Kelco, PACCAR Winch and Coca Cola Distribution Center). Located in the Okmulgee County jurisdiction, this area is available for New Market Tax Credits and is located in an Enterprise Zone.
